Why are not discussing treason or impeachment with regard to the president’s recent decision to waive restrictions under a federal law that prohibits arming terrorists. “Just so we are all clear on this, let me read article 3, section 3 of the U.S. Constitution about treason,” Beck said. “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”
