Why is it that when there is an act of terror such as, bombings or mass shootings the media plays it over & over & over? Horrific images saturate everywhere you look & everything you hear until it is all you see and hear? Are so many of us morbid enough to tolerate these repetitive messages of grief that insight fear and dread, yet continue to be the captive audience & virtual prisoners of main stream media & what they decide is newsworthy? Why is it that a message of hope or a story to educate may get a small mention if it is discussed at all? What can we do about spreading pleasant thoughts and planting happy seeds in the minds of each other? Is there no good left in the world, to that we would disagree. Should we all hide in our rooms with the blinds shut and never leave our houses? NO! Hell, no!!! The answer? For your own sake, limit your exposure to the news. What you see on TV and what you read on here or anywhere is not the only thing happening in the world. Please do your part to be the reason someone smiled today instead of the reason someone cries. That is all, for now...............
