Wishing to be neither feminist nor particularly critical, I ask - TopicsExpress

Wishing to be neither feminist nor particularly critical, I ask rhetorically, Do men ever voluntarily clean toilet bowls? Perhaps as an exercise in establishing order out of a chaos that might, perchance, be doable? Do they, possibly, give thought to a quick swish every day or so, or a quick wipe through with a handy, nearby Chlorox wipe? Do they believe that magical, mystical domestics sweep through ones house under cover of darkness and joyously clean the toilets? Or perhaps they just never notice that neglected facilities have the potential to evolve into repugnant appliances after a day or two of neglect? Just pondering these universals after a lifetime of otherwise rather enjoyable relationships with men. One father, four brothers, two husbands, and a few random suitors later. My grandson will be an extraordinary man who understands the virtues associated with tidy toilets.
