With all the craziness I forgot something of pretty big importance to me ! May 1st was my 2 year anniversary in the BBQ business ! From the old pink trailer on the corner of 29th and Rio Grande in Austin to Round Rock. Then a second trailer in Pflugerville , to our brick and mortar building in the heart of beautiful downtown ! Its been a crazy ride so far and we couldnt have done it without each and every one of you! I also want to give thanks to my wonderful wife who has stood by me and encourages me daily to be the best I can . Thank you Amy :) Thank you all for making each day the better than the last, and for your continued support of us and some great signature BBQ !! Thanks from everyone at Curlys :)
