Within each of us lies the essence of the Absolute. Each of us is an unique focal point and perfect expression of this absolute awareness! The pure awareness of presence which exists within all is the awareness that precedes all form and physical manifestation. We each exist as unique expressions of this one pure consciousness. Integration of all aspects of our being must occur in order to experience the fullness and wholeness of ourselves and of life. To deny or suppress any aspect is essentially to deny life itself from unfolding. An intense and lasting feeling of balance and harmony is the result of integrating all the various aspects of our self. All is one. Each of us is an unique embodiment of one consciousness which is the first cause and from which all of creation flows. The dance and dancer are not separate, just different aspects of the whole. The wave and ocean are not separate or divided, but both part of the same fluid essence. Within the absolute, there is no division and no separation. Within the realm of the absolute all is one, all is whole, all is united, and all is the essence of pure awareness, pure presence and pure being of consciousness that constitutes the whole of un-manifested and manifested creation. Realization of self includes the realization that all is one; all is sacred and beautiful. Living moment by moment, day to day, expressing from our authentic whole self (pure being/pure presence/pure awareness) is what is commonly called enlightenment. Anna Love
