Wow, it seems that Progressive Adjusters handle more than Allstate Adjusters. Ill be doing coverage investigations AND handling total losses on top of liability investigations and determinations. No wonder there is 2 weeks of training at a centralized training facility! *lol* Im happy to learn it all...its just exhausting. We also open up BI, MP, UIM, and UM coverages where applicable. Im sure non-insurance people are lost right now lol.
