Wow its been exactly 2 weeks since my last update. Im still here though! I was busy finishing my internship at the hospital, with exams and simply needed some rest to keep the stress away (or at least up to a manageable level). Ive finished my new video, but it has to be approved by Adidas first as I made it for them. The video will be about the best alternatives to steady state (a.k.a. boring) cardio. Its going to be public somewhere this week. Hopefully tomorrow, but more likely Thursday or Friday. Ill keep you up-to-date this time though :) Have a nice week and stay healthy! Jerome
