Y3T week 3 Annihilation week legs A1 - leg extension (occluded) 100 reps rest pause, straight into triple drop set (knee wraps come off for drop set and as many reps as possible per drop) B1 - quad giant set - hack squat + leg press + glute machine squats + dumbbell goblet squat. 2 rounds 20 reps per movement C1 - standing hamstring curl - triple drop set- 2 sets as many reps as possible per drop D1+D2 - seated leg curl w/ lying leg curl- 2 sets- 10 reps each E1- standing calf raise - 100 reps ( rest is 10 calf raises on the ground, try and make the 100 reps in as few sets as possible) This week is less about tempo and more about keeping the reps controlled and blood volume in the muscle, the sheer amount of reps adds up the TUT. Complete sarcoplasmic hypertrophy
