Yelp and Trip Advisor are restaurant review sights. Owners can respond, but not necessarily do much to counter complaints. Its always good to speak to restaurant owners directly. A good restaurant will take your feedback to heart and perhaps address your concerns immediately if possible. We really do hold the folks at Basil Café in high esteem and this is one of the reasons why. They have a great deal of respect for their customers and take pride in their food and the fact that everything is made from scratch. Emma and I were there last week and had the Crepe appetizer and it is now one of my top 5 favorite foods! Thanks for being awesome Larry and All at Basil Café.
