But the difference is, I take it as an insult and I will not lie down and say people can call me dishonest, misleading or misrepresenting. I have never intentionally done so. This...pisses me off. In school, you learn what plagiarism is. You learn that it is no good, very bad. You learn it is a crime. You learn that intention doesnt matter. Plagiarism is still a crime. It has broken promising careers. When I attended college,we students were told outright that if we were caught plagiarizing ONCE, intentional or not, we would be expelled. You can bet your ass I learned how to avoid any form of unintentional plagiarism. Rand Paul has committed a crime, and in true Palin-esque, Republican fashion, instead of saying Wow, youre right. I cant believe that happened. I know now that these things must have come from Wikipedia, and I will personally look into this and ensure it never happens again, has doubled down on the crime, adopting a stance of HOW DARE YOU QUESTION MAH INTEGRITY! Shame on him. There are people out there who probably look up to him, admire him, wish to emulate him, and instead of living up to that, he has chosen a darker path, one where he tries to slip out of responsibility for himself and his speeches.
