Yesterday the Delta state government paid the Bursary of her students 20,000 of which the students were very happy and excited, talking about bursary! Whats happening to bursary of Bayelsa state students worldwide, My able governor, I do not think your continous choice of not paying bursary makes you popular in the students community, the rumour that you will stop funding NDU too will make you unpopular in the students community, even among civil servants,the little percentage removed from their salaries too is making you unpopular, these are my personal observations, your followers may be more interested in singing your praise than telling you this, amazingly, am sure you will be vying for second tenure, pls even if welfare rights are not enforceable in court, I still believe that doing such is moral. Pele de egberi fa, ya!
