Yesterday was my first heavy leg session back into 2015 I have recently changed my plan to benefit my cardio/football needs. In 2014 squats was my main compound leg exercise, in 2015 squats and leg press have been introduced together within the same heavy session. Squeezing 180kg then 200kg out on the leg press is a good start, although knowing after i completed each set i could of pushed another 40-50kg. Next session will be a 240kg push whilst still progressing throughout the weeks. - Trail and Error - Dont sit back and find your personal comfort zone PUSH YOUR BODY TO THE LIMIT
