Yet another Great Testimonial from one of our regular clients: I started attending classes at Pepilates almost a year ago now, and as a newcomer to Pilates I was initially nervous and didnt really know what to expect from the class. I neednt have worried! During my taster class my teacher put me at ease right away, amending the exercises to fit my flexibility and strength. A year on I cant imagine my fitness regime not including a weekly class at Pepilates; the teachers provide focussed attention throughout the class adjusting and correcting my positioning and pushing me further when I need encouragement! Their knowledgeable (Mark was able to tell from my posture alone that I was a runner!) and friendly approach makes the classes a pleasure to attend.
