You changed how I think. Before I met you, even a little while after I met you, I was a very future-oriented person. I couldnt wait to finish college, pass the board, marry the wife, have the kids, buy the house, drive the car, etc. Kind of like Ted Mosby fro HIMYM. But then you came along. At first, we were just friends. I had some classes with you and I didnt really care at all that you were there. But when your friends one-by-one disappeared you joined my circle of friends. We got close and thats when I started to really get to know you. The you that you showed me made me forget about my inhibitions and ambitions and I just wanted to be in the present with you. You made me stop thinking of the uncertainty of the future and just embrace whats in front of me but not to the extent of letting go of my dreams. I think this is what they really mean about finding a person who makes you want to be better. You make me want to be better and I thank you for that.
