Zita is a goofy girl who sometimes can forget how big she truly is! Her favorite things include cute plush toys and soft comfy beds to snooze on. And, this lady is smart as a button, she already knows how to sit and give paw - who knows what you can teach her next! Sadly Zita has been with us for far too long and she is longing for just the right person to take her home. She originally came to the Toronto Humane Society in January, 2014 - close to a year ago! We thought we had found the place for her last August, but it wasnt meant to be. Since then she has watched other dogs come and go, wondering when her turn will come. Because of her size and exuberant attitude, she will need an owner who is comfortable with positive training methods and who will continue to teach her how to be a polite pooch at home. While Zita can be reactive to other dogs when on leash, she loves to play with other pups and could go to a home with another dog in residence.
