all my lawyer and cop buds and motorcycle people or anyone that just might know, after work last night I was riding the Harley home and pulled up to my house and was pulled up on immediately by a WPD officer, I have some LED lights on my bike that I have had on for a little bit now and have seen tons of other bikes with before but was reprimanded by him for having them and said that if he saw me riding with them on again he could tow my bike, I told him cops have given me compliments on the bike before so I didnt think they were illegal, he just said to test him. I cant find the law that states they are illegal or if certain colors are illegal, Im not sure if it is definitely illegal or not, I really didnt think I was causing any harm since Ive seen a million bikes with them before and besides the look it makes the bike extra visible for other drivers which is a safety plus, anyone know what the law is or if there even is one?? just throwing it out there.
