as I was gearing up this morning I was wondering what the #6 old guy was doing and thinking I should step it up a level or two if I want to beat his ass next year :) 10 - 8 count burpees / body builders 10 - mixed grip pull ups and hold for 10 - hanging knee raises run around the block repeat 25X then run 1 mile cool down total 250 burpees, 250 pull ups, 250 hanging knee raises and 9.17 miles relax and enjoy my smoothie - hemp protein powder, green superfood powder, organic peanut butter, baby spinach and hot water
