i heard an inspiring torah from reb david sacks in LA. he told this story: there was a guy who went up to shamayim (heaven). there he saw that they were building an incrrrrredible yeshiva (house of learning) with marble and gold, with so many beautiful books in it, and it was as incredible spiritually as it was physically... and so he ran over to the organizer of the building crew and pulled out his wallet, opened it up and said excitedly, wow i would love to contribute! and the organizer looked at him kinda funny and tilted his head to reply, so sorry my friend, but we only take receipts here. so I want to offer you a chance to grab another special mitzvah: a good friend is in a shelter for battered woman here :(, and she was left without a stroller. she went to buy one today, and left crying from the stress... the cost was 350 NIS (100USD)... would someone like to do an amazing kindness and sponsor this mitzvah for her? (please no suggestions for gmachim, only that special hero that wants to claim this mitzvah as theirs and have an awesome celebration for their stunning receipt after 120!) thank you! sooo much! she will surely cry from joy...
