lmao....You know the only people who want to see rising home values also want someone else to afford paying more in taxes. It should be obvious having fewer homes available is also good for raising your taxes. Its the biggest psychological scare tactic working against the US population along with high unemployment to force people into being controlled like debt slaves not to leave the system which they currently maintain. Once these chains are broken expect the Babyboomers retiring to cause a massive selloff which will cause tax revenues to fall off the fiscal cliff which fund government dependency and debt. This Black swan event will happen at some point rather sooner then later as rising home values equal higher taxes. The young people will not be buying homes that are too high in price bringing making alot less income to afford them.
