my get fit and healthy plan includes the doggies now. just spent half an hour outside with them throwing tennis balls long distances with a apparatus and then fed them less to eat as they are both overweight. so Mum and i are going to do this every day, also Frida will have her own time with Mum out at the gazebo, even though she loves playing fetch she is older and has arthritis and just loves a half an hour on the chaise with Mum looking at the countryside. Kahlo is completely exhausted from running!
