Prachi Desai wants to romance Aditya Roy Kapoor On Tuesday, 20th August 2013,11:08 Prachi Desai expressed her desire to act with the ‘Aashiqui 2’ actor Aditya Roy Kapoor. She wants to do a romantic film and wants to pair opposite Aditya. ‘Aashiqui 2’ has done a great business at the box-office and the film entered into 100 crore club. "I have done comedy, cult and period films, but never acted in a love story. I really want to do a romantic film. There are many actors on my mind. May be I want to act with Aditya Roy Kapur," Prachi told PTI here on the sidelines of an event organized by Bosch Power Tools (India) here. ‘Aashiqui 2’ is Aditya Roy Kapoor’s first solo hit. He played small role in movies like `London Dreams`, `Action Replayy` and `Guzaarish`, Aditya rose to fame with Mohit Suri`s directorial `Aashiqui 2`. In the film, he starred opposite Shakti Kapoor’s daughter Shraddha Kapoor and the film went on become a blockbuster. The actor also played supporting role in another blockbuster `Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani` starring Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone in the lead. Prachi once expressed her desire to play a negative role and when asked whether she is offered negative role, she said, "Not yet. But I love to play different types of characters." Prachi Desai was part of the original story of ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ but she was not signed for the sequel, when asked whether it is unfair, she said, "Call it unfair or whatever you want. The beauty of the sequel is that the story changes and which is why you see new people stepping in and doing different things in that particular film." Prachi said her next film is due to be announced next week. "There are a lot of scripts that I am reading," she said. Prachi started her acting career from TV. She starred in Sony popular serial, ‘Kasam Se’ and audince liked her as Bani. She debuted in Bollywood with ‘Rock On’. She delivered hits like ‘Bol Bachchan’ and ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’. :) Wendy
