not quite sure what to make of the lenghly and very ignorantly worded letter the landlord gave to ALL their tenants this evening ...... explaining the invention of the ashtray, claiming they plan to start doing unannounced apartment inspections at random without notice (even on weekends, sundays, and the day of the second comming of christ himself ) .... yes seriously..... their wording, not mine .... explaning that garbage is to be put in garbage bags before being put into the dumpster (i think they better circulate that notice to the rest of this low life neighbourhood who uses our dumpster cause i know everyone here uses garbage bags), that they now have several people watching the property and if your about to throw out a cigarette butt or a candy wrapper you might wanna think again because somebody is watching you, and asking each of us to sign a paper agreeing to these terms .......... i dont know who specifically shit in their conflakes but im quite happy with the terms outlined in my nb housing agreement with them and with actually having tenants rights which include 24 hours written notice given if they feel the need to enter my home for any reason other than an emergency..... i think the rentalsman may find their very rudely worded letter quite intreaging on monday before anyone is made to sign their tenants rights away. ..... good greif.
