okay, I tried to be a christian about a situation but I finally, well sord of, got the nerve up to tell my downstairs neighbor off. Earlier I dropped a bed sheet on the floor and Gizmo happened to be nearby and he panicked an clawed his way on the kitchen on a linoleum floor. Next thing I know my neighbor downstairs is hitting the ceiling bc Im making too much noise >.>.......I had enough and wrote them a polite but nasty letter stating that I dont do the same thing to them when they slam the doors too hard and shakes our apt floor or when they smoke and the cigarette smell permeates my home. I told them Im tired of living in a convent, meaning walking around on eggshells or afraid too allow my son to run in the house (which I dont)....people drop stuff on occassion by accident...its not something I do all the time...I dont live in a retirement community people. I cant help the apartments here werent built very well with paper thin floors through which you can hear almost everything. Give me military housing any day.
