okay... this one isnt really CI, but it is a recipe that I think other might enjoy through out the upcoming holiday season. I hope it is okay??? This is a recipe from my childhood and I have made it so many times I have it memorized. We would start making it the day after Thanksgiving, when we would put up our tree, and we would continue having it through out the New Year. Home made Virgin Eggnog: 1 dozen eggs 2 packages dream whip, prepared 2 cans sweetened condensed milk 1 gal milk 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 tsp rum flavoring 1 tbsp nutmeg In a rather large mixing bowl, blend raw eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and spices. Fold in dream whip. Combine this w/ gallon of milk in large drink serving container. Mix well. Add more nutmeg if it is needed. drink and enjoy.
