*shivers* I had to roleplay a therapist up in front of the class.... As soon as the patient described that she had an addiction to cigarettes, I immediately gave her suggestions that were book-smart correct from our chapter... but socially I was a disaster. After giving all of the suggestions, I was looked at with a blank face, and the teacher advised not to give all of the suggestions at once- due to the risk of overwhelming the patient. I didnt know what to say after that, and looked around. I finally gave the patient the chance to say something, and i concluded it with one more suggestion. I froze.. my mind went blank.. and I hit a natural version of the bluescreen of death, ;my entire central nervous system had to reboot and regain consciousness. To break the ice, I asked everyone Hey, so from 1 to 10, how cringe worthy was that, fellas? The school bell saved me. The day was over.
