. . . so after the NSA deal, and after I may have posted some questionable dialog, or rather . . . questioned strongly my local politicians, . . . I became restless in my FB posts and then deactivated my account . . . until this happened as explained by the New Yorker below. I mean it was akin to death in the family. To my account, I just could not give up all these years of friendship by deactivating. I am beholden for better or for worse to my friends. And while NSA has wrapped its stronghold, I still believe at the moment that our leaders of Google and FB are not evil. And the divide between government and internet control was crossed long ago. We all submitted. I have faith that Google will prevail. Why? Because if McCarthysim ever comes again, Google will flat line it due to its sheer numbers of regular folk who will not tolerate injustice.
