You will watch and learn Barbara’s French techniques with her menu that includes; Salmon beurre blanc, (steamed salmon with a white butter sauce), Carre d’agneau persillade (herb crusted rack of lamb), served with pommes de terre Boulanger (potatoes cooked with caramelized onions), tarte tatin, (upside down caramelized apple tart).
