weve had great shows in the past and we had 1 that i was unhappy for,,,,well misrakes were made and changes are eing made this very second,,, my goals as s artist were completed. ive worked with grammy award winners and artists that i grew up listening to, ive been on fm radio in 3 diff states, ive toured up and down the east coast and in europe ack in 2007-2010, and got paid for it. i did it all independently and chose to do everything ive wanted to do in my own time. now in 2013 my goal is to grow bigger and bigger thru promotomg shows and recording the local artists. my goal is to win a 2nd award fpr being the hardest indy worker. 2010 T Dot GothispoopNagroup Cannon presented me my first being recognized in delaware and that still hangs up in my stu. this past week we had a show that didnt turn out well, the contest never went downn because girls didnt sign up, the artists complained about there times amd due to a last min situation, even i was 30 min late getting there. it was the first show that ever fell apart and I VOW THAT THAT WILL NEVER EVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a professional person and anyone who knows me or has worked with me in the past 15 years knows that i take this business more serious then i take anything else. Things that will begin to change are written contracts for each artist to sign so they know every offer being made to them. artists that choose to pay up front for there tickets will recieve $150 worth if tix (30 tix) for only $50 ... artists that take the regular deal still get the regular deal... also each artist will now have the oppertunity to sell there memorbillia / music. i will hire someone to sit at a table all night and move the merch. in return i want nothng. this is 100 % money for the artists . 3rd, (most important) each artist will have until the fri efore the show to come up wit there 2nd 25. THERE WILL BE A LIST OF EACH ARTIST AND THE TIME THEY GO ON!!!!!! THAT WAY NO ONE EVER HAS TO COPMPLAIN AGAIN ABOUT THERE SET TIMES!!!!!! THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT AND ITS A LESSON LEARNED. Lastly I will not book as many artists per show cause im not planning on rushing thru people. and if the show is a gimmic , (like the model search) then i need alot more focus to be placed on that particular gimmick. THESE ARE ALL THINGS THAT WILL IMPROVE FUTURE SHOWS. I KNOW SOME OF THE ARTISTS WONT BE RETURNING TO Corosive Entertainment SHOWS. MAYBE THIS STATUS WILL PROVE TO THE REST THAT WERE SERIOUS ABOUT MAKING THESE SHOWS THE BEST THAT WE CAN. AND WERE SERIOUS ABOUT MAKING THE ARTISTS STARS BY DOING IT!!!
