wish to say, sooo on this medium - i will TRY be brief haha The last 3 years of my life have, in short, been the darkest, most tumultuous, and loneliest I have ever, ever experienced! BUT, looking back and still living now, in the moment, they have also been the most rewarding, experienced, growing, and enlightening year I have EVER experienced in this life to date! With that said, I now embark on a month trip to Vietnam and Thailand with a true friend and beautiful love of mine, Emma, to rest, to live, to experience, to relax, to have loads of fun, to CROSSFIT lol, to watch music, and to volunteer with the elephants… in something that I cannot wait to experience. On my return home, my new path begins. I leave behind me a safe, secure environment of a Government job after a LOOOOONG 16 years to embark on different ventures. To say there is a massive unknown factor about this is VERY real. But with uncertainty, I now have the freedom to explore, to work with these new avenues, and to take this life of mine with both hands and make it…. Mine!!! ….and this is something I intend to do My new path takes me into the CrossFit world and Music Realm. I never would of thought over the last 3 years, or even in my life, that I would be coaching at an amazing gym, CrossFit Mitchelton, as well as Teaching Drums to people!!!! … but here we are! So, now as a Qualified CrossFit coach, and an excitable Drum Teacher, I also embark on being more of a part of the Again Faster Australia crew, where I will be taking the reins of the Events arm of their business. Honestly, this isn’t the dream I grew up to think I wanted, or would have… but it’s turning into the life I wish to be a part of, and thus a dream I never thought possible. Being alive in this moment, being me, and being able to be free! From my darkest hours, to staying alive, to finding my place in space, and now on to an unknown future, I am so excited, happy, and elated to realise this on my terms, and in my way – it’s a way that will unfold however life wishes, and for that – I am truly grateful! During this life change/evolution of mine….. you, the one reading this, have been a part of my life in some way or another – not necessarily physically, but your energy is felt and will always be with me! So I cannot THANK YOU ALL enough! THANK YOU!!! I really should write a book!
