ഇനി മുതൽ പൊതുമേഖലാ ബാങ്കുകളിൽ അക്കൗണ്ട് തുടങ്ങാൻ എത്തുന്നവരുടെ പേരും വിവരവും ബാങ്ക് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോള്‍ അവരുടെ പേരു് archive ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ദേശീയ അന്തർദേശീയ തീവ്രവാദികളുടെ പേരുകള്‍ക്ക് അമാനമാണെങ്കിൽ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ warn ചെയ്യും. ഒന്നുകിൽ ഈ warning അവഗണിക്കുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തീവ്രവാദികളല്ലെന്ന് ensure ചെയ്യുകയോ വേണം എന്നാണ് നിര്‍ദേശം. ഒരു പ്രത്യേക മതവിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ പേരുകളാണ് archive ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള cautioned list ൽ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും എന്നാണ് കേൾക്കുന്നത്... എന്തിനധികം ശ്രീ അബ്ദുൾ കലാം ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് തുടങ്ങാൻ ചെന്നാൽ തീവ്രവാദി അല്ലെന്നുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കാണിക്കേണ്ടിവരും... പെട്ടെന്ന് ഓർമ്മ വന്നത് Martin Niemöller ന്റെ കവിതയാണ് ....
