I-Grad is a 12-month management trainee program were you will learn the ins and outs of running a great hotel whilst developing your capabilities to become one of our future leaders. I-Grad programs are offered within Hotel Operations or in the Business Functions of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.
