02/07/2014 The shale gas is a U.S. goal in Ukraine. Viktor Yanukovych became president of Ukraine n 2010 and gave licenses for shale gas exploration to multinational corporations «ExxonMobil» and «Shell». In 2012, «Shell» won the right to develop Gas Hughes Square in Donetsk region, and «Chevron» - Olessky Gas Area in Lvov region. Also, «Shell» began drilling the first exploratory well in Kharkov region. The agreement between «Shell» and «Nadra Yuzovskaya» on sharing of shale gas in Kharkov and Donetsk regions was signed by Yanukovych in Davos in 2013. Resources of only one Yuzovskaya Area can be estimated at approximately $2 trillion. On the 2nd of March, 2014 Acting President of Ukraine Turchinov signed an agreement with the IMF concerning financial assistance for Ukraine in the presence of the ambassadors of the U.S., Germany and Poland. According to this agreement, the entire transmission system of the country is donated to the property of the corporation «Chevron» since the signing of the final covenant. Owners of several smelters will be obliged to transfer 50% of the companys share to the property of German company «Ruhr». Donbass coal production is also passed to «Ruhr». This means that European governments will remain silent for the sake of «Shell» and «Ruhr» interests. Thus, «Chevron» and «ExxonMobil» will be able to deliver their own Donetsk, Kharkov and Lvov gas to European markets with use of their own gas transportation system. Such a sad prospect awaits Ukraine. European future is moved around as long as there will be nothing of interest for the new owners in the depths of Ukraine. We are talking about American gas supplies to Europe, not about internal European. Americans even didnt have to bomb Ukraine. Hydraulic fracturing will be made by oil company «Halliburton». The staff of the supervising organizations - Ukrainian law enforcement and other security agencies - will be trained by instructors from the subsidiary «Halliburton», and their facilities will be built by U.S. construction and private military company «KBR, Inc.» - also subsidiary of «Halliburton». Can we talk about respecting environmental norms? Dick Cheney appointed Poroshenko to be future president of Ukraine for lobbying services of «KBR» for new Ukrainian army. Another U.S. military company, «Greystone Limited» (acquired by «Academi») helped «KBR» establish a new order in Ukraine. The raider seizure is occurring before our eyes. The so-called reforms in Ukraine are needed for IMF, World Bank and other U.S. financial institutions. If the U.S. cant upgrade global institutions, created by them, they will go on losing relevance - reminded columnist of «Financial Times» Edward Luce in his article Obama and his policies of attention deficit. The reforms are necessary for the sake of the dollar as a world currency. The purpose of them is to reduce energy prices in domestic U.S. market, simultaneously raising them on other markets. Thus, it will ensure the competitiveness of the U.S. economy. In exchange, you can get unlimited support of American administrative resource: diplomacy, intelligence services, military and propaganda machine. You can implement the most effective methods of non-market competition: destabilization, sanctions, war. Thus, the U.S. displace competitors out of the most attractive markets. Our civilization is built on fossil energy sources, oil and gas are more significant than gold. Whoever controls the production and distribution of energy, can be assigned to dictate settlement currency. It is a chance to postpone the sunset of the U.S. on long term. Central banks of independent states, including not only Ukraine, but also all the others will remain under control of the U.S. Federal Reserve, including the International Monetary Fund, Washington (DC). Present Ukraine is a failed state with a huge, comparable to the State of Texas territory, corrupt elites, with the close proximity to a richer than the U.S. European market and the existing pipeline system, connected to European. Ukraine gave Obama and the United States a rare and unique opportunity for salvation. The plans of the multinational American corporations, which captured Ukraine, are to disembowel its bowels and leave to its fate.
