06/29/14 After talking with Valerie McBurney, Mark Faucett and Tammy Rees Kane, it looks like the 2014 Florida Haunters Annual Ocala Social/M&T will we have to following offerings below. In order for the courses to be free, I/we do not provide the materials -- YOU are expected to buy and bring along the goodies for the courses YOU want to take and the items desired to make. 1. Artistic Tammy Kane will be instructing her super easy “Milk Jug Skull” prop course. Plus, a demo of how to make a skull that can be used over and over without risking damage when you make Milk Jug Skull forms. (1 hour) SO, PLEASE, SAVE YOUR EMPTY 1-GALLON MILK and WATER JUGS to bring with you!!! Her course has been added to the Files drop-down above just below Vals skeleton pic above. I have posted the Course Instructions above under Files. Please, print one out and bring it if you making the project item. AND don;t forget your heat gun!!! 2. Awesome Mark Faucett has offered his exquisite talents to teach a course for body parts molding with Alginate. Theres a bunch of applications for Haunters!! Learn to mold you hand or other body part for a prop. Mark has a limited amount of product. I am asking him to post a link to where and what to order if we want to do more. PLEASE BRING OLD NEWSPAPERS OR PLASTIC DROP CLOTHS IF YOU WILL MAKING THIS PROJECT. I am asking him for a course handout for you to print out to bring...Ill keep this updated. 3. Ill (Bill/Dr. TerrorEyes) be instructing the “Easy PVC LED Pillar Candle” course. I will be posting a link here soon to see pics. (1 hour) I have posted the Course Instructions above under Files. Please, print one out and bring it you if you are making the project item. ****For the PVC LED Candles: You will need to buy the items ahead of time and bring them assembled as we dont have time to just sit there and watch the silicone dry into a flame shape, and then paint it. You can bring as many PVC pipes and LEDs as you want to make. The prices and items in my Course Outline is made with pricing assuming you do NOT have those items lying around...but if you do, then thats great -- just grab them up and come.
