Leadership is all about confidence, taking massive action, thinking outside of the box, feeling the fear and doing it anyway, sharing ones vision and inspiring people to be the best that they can be and to maximise their full potential. To lead means to set the standard, use ones intelligence and God-given gifts to empower others to see that they are capable of way more than they may imagine. There are zero limits in life, unless you decide to settle for what you currently have. Thats perfectly fine of course, if you are truly happy. But if you arent happy, then something has to change. The definition of insanity, according to Albert Einstein, is to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I upgraded to both Kickstarter and Builder matrices yesterday because I want to learn more and use the awesome training and personal development products we receive when we do so and also because it makes perfect financial sense to me and WILL allow me to advance to the Leader and Mogul matrices much faster. Whether you are in my personal team or not it, if you consider yourself to be a leader, or you aspire to be one, my advice would be to follow my lead and do likewise if you agree with my comments and can afford to do so. Do it NOW, if you can, to lock in your position before we launch 2 weeks hence, but make sure that you do it before we launch or you are potentially leaving money on the table and you could be flushed out of completely when compression occurs for the first time! Whos with me? Say I!! Upgrade and prosper!!
