You are granted a time limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license by DENIAU F.A.A or its resellers for evaluation purposes only. DENIAU F.A.A shall have no obligation to provide support or maintenance services for DEMO or EVALUATION LICENSES . If you are using SOFTWARE DEMO on an evaluation basis you may make copies of the DEMO SOFTWARE as you wish; give exact copies of the original DEMO SOFTWARE to anyone; and distribute the DEMO SOFTWARE in its unmodified form without charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COMMERCIAL LICENSE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By purchasing a commercial license for the SOFTWARE in its FULL VERSION you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified Software. DENIAU F.A.A reserves any and all rights not expressly granted to you. By this license, you are allowed to install and use the software on only one personal computer. You may not duplicate the SOFTWARE in whole or in part, except that you may make one copy of the SOFTWARE for backup or archival purposes. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the original and all copies of the SOFTWARE in whatever form. By purchasing an ENTERPRISE LICENSE for the SOFTWARE in its FULL VERSION you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified Software without of any limitations at all companys offices and branches (worldwide). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL RESTRICTIONS. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL RESTRICTIONS apply for all licenses. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You may not use the SOFTWARE to delete traces of any unauthorized activity (e.g. deletion of files in violation of a copyright or for any illegal purpose). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUPPORT SERVICES. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The author of the SOFTWARE or its DEALERS may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE not free of charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COPYRIGHT -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of DENIAU.F.A.A and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The license will terminate immediately without notice if you are in breach of any of its terms and conditions. You shall not be entitled to a refund from DENIAU F.A.A or any of its resellers as a result of termination. The terms and conditions concerning confidentiality and restrictions on use shall continue in force even after any termination. DENIAU.F.A.A may revise these Terms at any time and the revised terms shall automatically apply to the corresponding versions of the Software distributed with the revised terms. If any part of these Terms is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of rest of the Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. DENIAU F.A.A ou ses revendeurs vous accordent uniquement une licence de démonstration limitée dans le temps, non-exclusive et non transmissible. DENIAU F.A.A na aucune obligation de fournir des services dassistance ou dentretien pour les logiciels sous licence de DÉMONSTRATION ou dÉVALUATION. Vous devez utiliser la version de DÉMONSTRATION du LOGICIEL uniquement dans le but dévaluer le logiciel. Vous pouvez faire des copies du LOGICIEL comme vous souhaitez. Vous pouvez donner des copies exactes du LOGICIEL de DÉMONSTRATION à nimporte qui, et distribuer le LOGICIEL de DÉMONSTRATION sous sa forme non modifiée et sans frais. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LICENCE COMMERCIALE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- En achetant une licence commerciale du LOGICIEL dans sa VERSION COMPLETE, DENIAU F.A.A et ses revendeurs vous accordent un droit non-exclusif et non transmissible dutiliser le logiciel. DENIAU F.A.A se réserve tous les autres droits qui ne vous sont pas expressément accordés. Avec cette licence, il vous est permis dinstaller et dutiliser le logiciel sur un unique PC. Vous ne pouvez pas reproduire le LOGICIEL entièrement ou partiellement, sauf si vous souhaitez effectuer des copies de secours du LOGICIEL ou si vous souhaitez larchiver. Vous pouvez mettre fin à cette licence à tout moment en détruisant le logiciel et toutes les copies du LOGICIEL dans toutes les formes quil soit. Vous pouvez de manière permanente transférer tous vos droits à un tiers en respectant cet ACCORD DE LICENCE dans la mesure où vous lui avez fourni ou transféré toutes les copies du LOGICIEL (y compris les copies de toutes les versions antérieures du LOGICIEL si celui-ci a fait lobjet de mise à jour) et nen maintenez aucune pour vous. Le tiers, destinataire des droits, doit accepter cet ACCORD DE LICENCE pour que les droits lui soient transmis. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LICENCE SITE ET LICENCE DENTREPRISE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- En achetant une LICENCE SITE pour le LOGICIEL dans sa VERSION COMPLETE, DENIAU F.A.A et ses revendeurs vous accorde une licence non-exclusive et non transmissible dutiliser le logiciel sur tous les ordinateurs individuels dun site unique (un endroit physique unique) de votre société. En achetant une LICENCE DENTREPRISE pour le LOGICIEL dans sa VERSION COMPLETE, DENIAU F.A.A et ses revendeurs vous accorde une licence non-exclusive et non transmissible dutiliser le logiciel sur tous les ordinateurs individuels de tous les sites de votre société dans le monde entier. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RESTRICTIONS GÉNÉRALES. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Les RESTRICTIONS GÉNÉRALES sappliquent à toutes les licences. Vous ne pouvez pas DÉSOSSER, DÉCOMPILER, DESSASEMBLER LE LOGICIEL OU LE RÉDUIRE À UNE FORME DÉCHIFFRABLE PAR LHOMME. IL EST ÉGALEMENT INTERDIT DE MODIFIER, DADAPTER, DE TRADUIRE, DE LOUER, DE CÉDER EN LOCATION-VENTE, DE PRÊTER, DE VENDRE AVEC PROFIT OU DE CRÉER QUELQUE ÉLÉMENT QUE CE SOIT REPOSANT SUR TOUT OU PARTIE DU LOGICIEL, excepté et seulement dans la mesure où une telle activité est expressément autorisée par loi applicable malgré cette limitation. Vous ne pouvez pas louer, louer, ou prêter le LOGICIEL. Vous navez droit à aucun remboursement de la part de DENIAU F.A.A ou de ses revendeurs en raison de larrêt de la licence. Les modalités et les conditions de licence sur la confidentialité et les restrictions dutilisation resteront en vigueur même après un arrêt de licence. DENIAU.F.A.A peut mettre à jour cet accord de licence à tout moment. Les modifications sappliqueront automatiquement aux versions du logiciel distribué avec les limites dutilisation révisées. Si nimporte quelle partie de ces limites dutilisation se trouve être inapplicable, elle naffectera pas la validité du reste des limites dutilisation, qui demeureront valides et exécutoires selon ses limites. En cas de polémique ou de contradiction ou de manquement entre les traductions de ces limites dutilisation à dautres langues, la version en français publiée par DENIAU F.A.A prévalera. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DÉNI de responsabilité et limitation de garanties. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DENIAU F.A.A et ses REVENDEURS naccordent aucune garantie pour LE LOGICIEL ET NIMPORTE QUELLE DOCUMENTATION RELATIVE.
