1) Its a shame NPR advertises his idiotic reasoning and paradox with a bright spotlight! 2) Bigger shame and embarrassment go to the court, anyone these days can win or abuse the the use of freedom of speech to its most impossible redicule. Freedom Of Speech, as many stated in the constitution initially to ensure democracy for the people, (should equally include all classes of people), now are being used and abused by special privileged groups of people or entities, while they practice their freedom of speech with their privileged money is simutaneously oppressing the freedom of speech of the unprivileged. What feels even more troubling is that the court buys into and favors this kind of abusive paradox used by the money influence. It makes you wonder what qualifies them to work in a democratic society? People would exploit freedom and democracy from constitution, like people would exploit loopholes from a law.
