He alone has turned John Mahama into a laughing stock as he he urged the president to be announcing dates to end our blackouts without avail. 3. Ghanas premier hospital Korle bu has no water ? I can understand if Guinness Ghana Limited has to buy 100 tanker loads of water everyday, but a public hospital? Larry Gbevlo-Lartey did his best to provide water to the hospital but I knew it was just a matter of time the real issues came up....hmmmmm..sigh!
