1. My 15 week old keeps sleeping on his back with his head facing the same side. I try and face his head the other way so he doesnt get a flat spot but each night he just positions himself back on his favourite side. He is facing the wall he is next to in the bassinet so its not like hes facing me in bed. Anyone else with the same problem? What did you do? 2. Under medical review: My 6 week old has a large head (98th percentile) and his length/ weight are 25th percentile, he was born posteria with a cone head, we have been for an ultrasound to see if there is fluid on his brain which is negative, has anyone else had this issue and what happened? Thanks!! 3. My gorgeous boy is almost 2 weeks old and EBF but Ive noticed his hunger has increased dramatically. He has ended up cluster feeding the last 48hrs quite alot. I have just finished a 5hr stint where he fed pretty much constantly the whole time. I caved in the end (exhausted as well) and made him a bottle, to which he drank 160mls! I would love some advice on my next step, I can only seem to express about 50mls from each breast. Should I push through? do I do a top up feed when necessary? How do I increase supply? Thanks 4. Im wanting to get a cheap but good baby sound monitor. Doesnt need to be video or movement or anything! It just needs to be a good portable sound one. We go out heaps and visit people and go on holidays and go to the city alot where we have another house and just want a sound one that I can take so when Im somewhere else I can just leave my baby in a another room while sleeping without checking her a million times. TIA 5. Just wondering if any bubs were very windy after eating certain foods? Ive been watching carefully the food my almost 6 month old has been trying as his reflux seemed to flare up a lot with certain foods. I am noticing however that he is waking up sometimes full of wind after his lunch sleep, so he will only sleep for one sleep cycle. Have any other mums found this? If so, what foods caused wind and what foods were best to stick with? So far I can only give brown rice cereal, pear or potato without getting reflux/wind. 6. Id like some suggestions on how to deal with the stress of a baby. When Im having a good day, its awesome but when I have a bad day with bub being upset a lot or if im really tired then I could end up eating a whole a packet of choc biscuits. With teething starting this isnt going to help for my waistline! What do you do instead of eat to cope? #sleep #stress #wind
