1. When I was informed by KW’s ex that Josh was being abused. I called KW to come and pick Josh up, like a regular run of the mill thing, keeping myself calm and normal to get my hands on Joshua. He would not give me access to him, I called CPS and since KW and the abuse lived in Gilroy and I in Morgan Hill, I called the Sheriff Department, the deputy I spoke with on the phone told me that I needed to take this up with the family courts, that he could not help me..then he called KW at home and told him about my call and abuse claims, KW then took Josh out of town and took his girlfriend who was with child and living with him at the time Josh was kicked down the steps into the trashcans, The Dept would not even question her, I’m not sure if it was because she is a Highway Patrol Officer or because as soon as the Sheriff department called KW about my call they jumped in the car and ran to Vegas to get married, KW’s biggest supporter next to the Sheriff Dept.. I know this because KW’s ex eldest son still lived at the house, by the time the court system fit us in he was finished with school and was a Santa Clara County Sheriff Deputy when he testified in court about the abuse he saw while living in KW’s home, he called his mom she called me telling me…are you crazy Why did you call the Sheriff Department~!!! When he returned with Josh, this is when CPS found Josh at school with the bruises he had from being kicked down the stairs, this is when all the Deputies surround my son with his dad standing there, it’s in the letter…then all of us were taken to the station, also cps. While the dept made Joshua and I sit in a small lobby with his Father and his brand new wife, Josh sitting there with bruises all over him for over a hour while cps sparred with your lead Sheriff Department employee in Gilroy, it was decided that Josh would come home with me. When I showed up to pick Joshua up from school the next day KW and the same Lead Sheriff Dept employee from Gilroy were standing out in front of the school, they had already pulled Josh from class, he was standing up by the office and they caught me by the bus lane, both in uniform, I was told that he (top Gilroy guy) went home last night and thought about it and he decided that the wrong decision was made the day before by the dept & cps and he was going to let Josh go home with his dad today, he felt that this was something we could work out ourselves. KW’s ex wife and children saw KW backhand Josh across the face and knock him off his chair at the dinner table and more, this was told to the department in Gilroy, they would not even speak with them. This was not abuse that happened many years before, we are talking live time in the moment and the Sheriff Department refused me my 1st investigation….Joshua age 6
