1 hour 15 minutes Weight Lifting, 637 calories burned Areas Worked: Upper Chest, Biceps / Back, Triceps So I missed Monday and thought it necessary to combine both yesterday & todays workout. I do all pushing exercises on Monday then do all pulling exercises Tuesday and to do them both in one day made for the most intense heart rate increasing craziness Ive ever experienced in the gym!!! It was FANTASTIC and nauseating. On top of it all Tiff moved up AGAIN her dumbbell incline press to 45lb dumbbells on each hand with a little assistance towards the end of the set! Shes gone crazy! I look in the mirror and what do I see? The same old puffiness that I want off of me. So what keeps me inspired am I crazy or insane!? It might just be the health, strength & wisdom born of pain. Im determined to beat nature and rid myself of the gut, Even though Ive spend and endless time in this visual rut. I do love the feeling of solidifying my strength, So Ill return to this madness at great length. Nature Ive got your number Im coming for you! Even though by design you want me to keep this goo... that sits on my waist for feast or famine of days old, I WANT SOMETHING BETTER if I may be so bold. Your design is flawed endless energy on my belly! If I could just have access to it Id look like the men on the Telly! But you insist the fat must stay in case of starvation, as if THAT could happen in this over indulgent nation... Come on get with the times, do try and EVOLVE, Our body fat alone could be starvations built in solve. I want a complaint box for the human design, and here marks the END of my rant, rave and whine... ~Athletic Masochist
