1 vote away from environmental disaster. Im glad the Senate stopped this, but Im terrified for the health of our beautiful lands, water, and animals, which will of course determine the health of our people. Its way past time for Congress to invest heavily in an aggressive green energy plan. Our futures depend on it. We already have all the resources we need to be a totally sustainable nation without relying on fossil fuels. But the dirty money from those dirty industries dominates our dirty politics right now, and that wont change til we demand it does.
