Conducts regulatory and special inspections to the plant as well as investigation of any incident / accident to people or asset, report results and prepares work assignments to comply with them. Enforces the preventive maintenance program in accordance with the company policy. Monitors the performance of the maintenance department in regards to the work assignment. Enforces critical control points and checks that will affect personnel, property and product quality and safety. Provides instructions to the sanitation department in regards to properly operating, cleaning and caring for equipment and machinery.
