While we are not stating not to attend these events, it was important for us to share with you that this is not the premiere event for our 150thAnniversary and the unveiling of the monument. ATLANTA CAMPAIGN, INC. Atlanta Campaign Inc announces two events to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War. Hampton, GA—July 7, 2011 – The Board of Directors of the Atlanta Campaign Inc. is pleased to announce two events to recreate Civil War battles fought around Atlanta during 1864. The Atlanta Campaign Inc. is a nonprofit 501c III organization that sponsors living histories and battle reenactments to commemorate the activities around Atlanta during the Civil War. We are pleased to announce that both events will be held at the Nash Farm Battlefield in Hampton, GA. The first is scheduled to begin on Nov. 1st 2nd and 3rd 2013. In 2014 we will sponsor a National event on Sept 19th, 20th, and 21st. For the past several years we have sponsored similar events at Nash Farm and previously at the Conyers Intl Horse Park. Hundreds of living historians attend and help interpret life during that time period culminating in a battle midday.
