11 years ago you came into my life at a very difficult time. After 16 years my beautiful yorkie Pepper crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Never thought I could experience such grief! The next day there you were with those big ears and adorable little face. I took you home and you helped me through my grief. Someone in my building saw me smiling for the first time and said, this little guy is Peppers gift to you, Monte. Thats exactly what I named you, but I simply called you Monte. Happy birthday my sweet little boy, what would I have done without you? You are the reason I come home every day, you and me, our little family. Hang in there Monte! We need a few more years, not ready to say goodbye! I pray everyday that God will keep you with me a few more years. With your meds, wonderful Doctor Elizabeth Cole and all the love in my heart well make it, dont worry baby. Hang in there, please. So far, so good. I love you!
