I was surprised at the squat considering I did do 90 minutes cardio yesterday when usually I take a full weekend rest. Adapting to the new nutrition changes and should drop down to the 70.X range by the end of the week. Made some subway gains afterwards and leading up to the finale of dieting for 2014. Training Log: Bodyweight: 71.6kg Hybrid Squat: 80kg 3 x 5 Deadlift: 80kg 1 x 5 Overhead Press: 50kg 3 x 5 Barbell Row: 67.5kg 3 x 5 Rear Delt Fly: 130lbs 2 x 8 Nutrition Log: Calories: 2192 Protein: 180g Fat: 61g Carb: 230g Cardio: 60 minutes
