130pm. In-Home. Newburgh, In. Ol Alfie keeps escaping the yard. 6 fence all around. They have laids wood, rocks, hired fencing companyies to reinforce loose areas with wire and rebar. Because the neighbor is scared and its either keep Alfie home or else...I paid another visit today and laid out some options to keep him from trouble. 1. Keep him leashed at all times. 2.
