17 Premier Boys advance to the Final at Presidents Cup in Pittsburgh, whilst 4 Nordic teams advance to semi-finals at Needham! Nordics 17 Premier Boys followed up yesterdays wins (5-0 vs Delaware Rush and 5-0 over Harleysville (PA East)) with a 0-0 tie vs Town Plot (CT) and a 4-0 win over Pittsburgh FC (PA West) to win their group. In tomorrows final (10am) they play Wallingford Warriors from CT with the winner advancing to the National Finals in Greenville SC in July...good luck 17BP! Playing in the toughest bracket at Needham, 14 Premier Girls won 1-0 vs Upper Valley Lightning (NH) to top their group and advance to the semi-final round against NEFC Elite (MA). 12 Boys Green won 2 games and tied 1 to top their group and they have a semi-final date with Bayside Bolts (RI). 14 Premier Boys beat CFC (CT) 3-2 and finished up with 2 wins and a tie...they play NEFC Utd in the semi-finals. Finally, 16 Premier Boys will play SF Vikings (MA) in the semi-finals after 2 wins and tie in their group play. All of our U10 Boys and Girls teams competed admirably at the Wellesley tournament with improved play from all 6 of our U10 teams over the week-end...well done U10s!
