2 Timothy 1:12-13 says, “12 That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet this is no cause for shame, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until that day.13 What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus.” Being in the will of God can get you in trouble, and cause great pain. Jesus died on the cross, but He was in the Will of God. Job lost everything he had, but He too was I the Will of God. Paul was locked in prison, but he was in the Will of God. One writer said, “The leaders of God’s army are the people that has been rejected, misunderstood, mistreated, and abused.” Sounds like your life, huh? Stop trying to be accepted by family members, friends, or people from your past, because they were never created by God to accept you anyway. Sometimes all God needs is a woman and a man to bring you into this world, and He will take it from there. All he needed was a woman to bring His Word wrapped in flesh – Jesus into the world, and then, He took it from there. You are so special to God, that He knows He is the only one that can raise you to walk into His call for your life. God is so passion about your call that every time you try to be accepted by them, He will cause great pain and suffering for you, to make you stay away. So now you are all alone, but when you look back at the people that rejected you, you are glad they didn’t accept you, because if they did, you would be just like them. It can be a very lonely life but, Jeremiah 29:11 says, “ For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
