2 days this week while on walks we have encountered THREE loose dogs. Today while we were walking past the neighbors house the dog just runs right through a hole in their fence. This is not a friendly dog and luckily it ran the other way. She said it keeps getting out through that hole so they KNOW there is a hole in their fence and have not corrected it. The dog almost gets hit several times and she casually starts walking down the street to get it. This dog has gotten out more times than I can count since they moved in and they seem to not even care. While we are going a different direction to avoid this whole situation a big black dog is running loose!! Tuesday while walking Kidd I noticed two dogs we see almost every day in their yard running around in the street and their fence wide open while a Dish guy is working on their roof. The people are home but wont answer the door. A lady stopped and helped me get one dog back in but the other one takes off and they finally answer the door so I can tell them their dogs got out. Through all this my dogs do AMAZING and Im super proud of them...but so tired of irresponsible people putting their own pets and and me and my pets at risk. Not a great way to start the day :(
