2 rapist arrested in Iriga City Iriga City --- PNP personnel of Iriga City Police Station led by SPO4 Jose Sherwin G Dacara Jr, arrested 2 wanted persons identified as Jayson Briones y Eugenio, 23 yrs old, single, farmer at his residence in Zone 1, Perpetual Help, Iriga City at about 12:30 AM of November 17, 2014, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest in Criminal Cases No. IR-10732,10733,10734,10735,10736,10737,10738 and 10754 all for Rape, issued by Judge Timoteo A. Panga Jr of RTC Br. 60, Iriga City dated November 4, 2014 with no bail recommended; and Teodolo Briones y Ramirez, 50 yrs old, married, of same place, by virtue of Warrant of Arrests in Criminal Cases Nr. IR-10739,10740,10741,10742,10743,10744,10745,10755 and 10756 all for violation of Sec 5, Art. III of RA 7610 Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act., issued by same Judge dtd November 4, 2014 with recommended bail of twenty four thousand pesos (Php 24,000.00) on each cases.
